Trends of e-learning

The wave of the future is e-learning, whereas 'traditional' classroom settings in brick and mortar buildings are becoming somewhat 'yesterday'.

Evolution is defined by Merriam Webster as "a process of continuous change from a lower, simpler, or worse to a higher, more complex, or better state". (Source: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/evolution). So, is e-based learning considered 'better'?

That is certainly something difficult to answer, however we can certainly take a look at the advantages of being able to wake up in our pajamas, pour ourselves a coffee, forget to brush our hair, and attend college.

The term 'single parent' is now common place and what better way to provide the flexibility to those who need to stay at home to raise their children than e-learning?! It is convenient, flexible, and let me add: cost-effective.

As the green movement continually marks it's vast footprint on our society, the e-based learning environment carries strong arguments for its case.

With companies such as #Skillsoft and #Lurn readily available to teach us almost anything, along with nearly every college and university now offering e-options, it can definitely be enticing.

Perhaps you will give it a try?
